Roles & Responsibilities:
- Attract talent to secure top-tier candidates aligned with business needs, meeting timelines and cost targets.
- Lead capability programs aligned with global and local people strategies, driving defined objectives and action plans.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote a culture of inclusion and diversity.
- Identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans to ensure a robust leadership pipeline.
- Implement actions from talent review processes, embedding talent development and succession planning principle.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and talent development plans.
- Drive the rewards and recognition program to foster employee engagement and motivation.
- Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and process improvements.
- Oversee onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless hire-to-retire experience for all employees.
- HR Advisor for employee relations issues, including performance management and grievance resolution.
Skills / Work Ex. / Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to assess People data, identify trends, and develop strategies for improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of HR Domain, expert in Talent acquisition, Stakeholder Management, Talent Development and overall Compliance
- Experience: 7-10 years in HRBP or HR Generalist experience with a strong emphasis on handling employee life cycle and recruitment.
- Qualifications: Any Graduate and Postgraduate/ MBA in HR preferable
