Our platform, combining technology with customised service, aims to provide transparency and use friendly tools to help students who need to book accommodation across country or region with high efficiency and ease.

Established in 2015 and backed up by prominent investors such as New Oriental group, listed company on NYSE with market cap of $13bn; silicon valley fund Translink etc, Uhomes.com is one of the leading accommodation booking platforms for global students.
Uhomes has an international operation located operations in over 27 countries or regions.
Fundraise of about 35mil USD after B+ round.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
Overseeing the hiring process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and selection.
Ensuring the company hires the best talent, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
Managing onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Employee Relations:
Acting as a liaison between employees and management to resolve conflicts or issues.
Promoting a positive work environment, ensuring employee engagement and morale.
Handling grievances, complaints, and any disciplinary actions as necessary.
Performance Management:
Setting up performance appraisal systems and conducting regular employee evaluations.
Identifying employee development opportunities and managing training programs.
Offering guidance on career progression and employee retention strategies.
Compliance and Legal:
Ensuring the organization complies with all local labor laws and employment regulations.
Managing employee benefits, compensation, and leave policies in line with legal requirements.
Handling investigations into any potential violations of company policy or labor laws.
Workplace Safety:
Promoting a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to workplace safety standards.
Conducting safety training and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Compensation and Benefits:
Designing and managing employee compensation and benefits programs, including salaries, health insurance, and retirement plans.
Reviewing and benchmarking salaries to remain competitive within the industry.
Strategic HR Planning:
Developing HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Analyzing workforce trends and implementing policies to improve productivity, retention, and culture.
Managing change within the organization, especially during periods of growth, restructuring, or downsizing.
Employee Well-being and Engagement:
Creating programs to improve employee well-being, work-life balance, and job satisfaction.
Organizing team-building activities, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
HR Data and Reporting:
Maintaining accurate HR records and reports.
Analyzing HR data to identify trends or issues such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction levels.
Leadership and Management:
Leading and mentoring the HR team to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Working closely with senior leadership on strategic planning and workforce management.
Requirements:
HR manager or similar role Minimum 5 years of experience in human resource management.
Experience in working with fast paced startup Experience in leading an HR team.
Experience in leading employee engagement programs.
Experience in leading end to end HR operations.
Experience with ATS tools and end to end recruitment process.
Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools.
Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player.
Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced start-up environment, and get things done.

Salary: ₹75,000/monthly

Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
