processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, talent management, and facilities management services.
Requirements:
-Should have 10 yrs experience with 5-7 yrs+ experience in Real Est., Interiors, Architecture firms
-Bachelors/ Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
-Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process - sourcing, interview, selection, and closing process.
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a candidate pipeline.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications.
- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it
- Partner with the stakeholders & collaborate with hiring managers/ business heads to ensure smooth closures.
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
- Manage onboarding and new hire process.
-Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
-Handle Payroll and employee benefits like PF Bonus ESIC etc
-Manage and drive the performance appraisal
-Maintain pay plan and benefits program
-Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
-Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
-Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
-Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
