Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at COOLDECK Industries Private Limited. COOLDECK employs around 250 people in Daman and 50 staff members in Mumbai along with home offices in other parts of the country. The present HR setup at the Daman plant takes care of labour compliance, payroll, greviance management, benefits, training. We are looking to hire a senior HR resource to be based out of Mumbai to oversee these activities and focus on the areas or recruiting, KRA management and performance reviews.
Annual manpower plan, HR budgeting and Talent acquisition
Carry out competency mapping, conduct gap analysis and take intervention
Work with mid management and supervisors to ensure continuity and improvement of human capital

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar HR role
  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of performance management and employee development
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
