Sales Manager - ANZ/EMEA The Team.As part of our global expansion, we are launching a Global Sales Hub in Bangalore to revenue growth across multiple regions.This hub will play a crucial role in accelerating our SME sales efforts worldwide.We are seeking dynamic sales leaders to build and scale a world-class sales team that delivers impactful results.About The Role.As Manager, Global Sales (for ANZ/EMEA region), you will be instrumental in hiring, coaching, and scaling a high-performing Global Sales Team based in Bangalore.Your team will own the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, and discovery to solutioning, deal closure, contract negotiation, onboarding, and activation for inbound as well as outbound SME prospects in the assigned region.Operating across ANZ/EMEA time zones, you will ensure seamless collaboration between the Global Sales Team and regional sales teams, optimizing workflows and driving consistent revenue growth.This role is hybrid, requiring at least four days per week in our Bangalore & Scale a High-Performance Global Sales Team:.- Hire, coach, and develop a world-class sales team focused on end-to-end sales execution and revenue growth.- Own sales performance management, ensuring the team meets key sales metrics (pipeline contribution, conversion rates, closed-won deals, and revenue targets).Own & Optimize The Full Sales Cycle.- Develop best-in-class processes to drive high conversion rates and accelerate deal closure.- Enable the team to negotiate, close, and onboard SME clients efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience.- Establish structured communication channels and collaboration frameworks between the Global Sales Team and regional sales teams.Sales Enablement & Quality Management.- Develop and refine sales playbooks, negotiation frameworks, and closing strategies tailored to the ANZ/EMEA market.- Provide structured training on contract negotiation, and deal closure tactics.- Implement quality control measures, including sales call reviews, deal win-loss analysis, and structured feedback loops.Drive International Sales Success & Global Alignment.- Operate in a multi-time-zone environment, ensuring real-time support for companys global markets.- Partner strategically with regional sales leadership to scale companys global GTM strategy.- Adapt to flexible working hours to maintain alignment with ANZ/EMEA sales operations.Who You Are:Were looking for ambitious, high-impact sales leaders who thrive in a global, fast-paced environment.Below are the qualifications that would set you up for success in this role:.Minimum Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in high-performance AE, ISR, or SDR roles, with 2+ years leading global sales teams.- Proven track record in hiring, training, and developing top-tier sales talent.- Deep expertise in B2B full-cycle sales, deal negotiation, and revenue generation.- Experience working across global time zones and managing international sales teams.- Strong familiarity with AI-powered sales engagement tools, CRM workflows, and automation strategies.- Highly collaborative, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in or understanding of the fintech/payments industry (preferred, but not required).
