We're Hiring: Associate Account Executive / Account Executive –EMEA, ANZ, or AMER Region | BangaloreAre you a driven B2 B sales professional with a passion for global markets and full-cycle selling? Join our high-performing Outbound Sales Team and take ownership of the entire sales cycle for SME clients in the AMER region.What You'll Be Doing:- Own the full sales cycle: from lead sourcing and qualification to discovery, solutioning, negotiation, closing, onboarding, and activation- Drive revenue growth by building and maintaining a high-converting pipeline- Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to scale our GTM strategy- Define and refine sales processes, outreach cadences, CRM hygiene, and reporting- Negotiate commercial contracts and partnership agreements- Share best practices and contribute to a high-performance sales cultureWhat We're Looking For:- 5+ years in sales roles, with 3+ years of success in full-cycle B2 B sales- Proven ability to hunt and close new business in high-velocity environments- Experience selling into global markets (especially EMEA, ANZ, or AMER)- Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools, CRM workflows, and automation- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills- Experience in fintech or payments is a plus- Salesforce experience is requiredLocation: Bangalore (Hybrid – 4 days/week in office)Region Focus: AMER (North & South America)Shift Timing: Aligned with AMER time zonesRole Type: Full-timeThis is not a support role—you'll independently own and drive sales in your assigned territory, with full accountability for pipeline generation, deal execution, and revenue delivery.Interested or know someone who might be a great fit?
