Description:Are you passionate about driving commercial excellence and enabling scalable growth in a high-performance tech environment?Were looking for a Manager Revenue Operations to join our team in Bangalore, where youll play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, optimizing revenue processes, and empowering data-driven decision-making.What Were Looking For:- 4-6 years of experience in management consulting, revenue/sales operations, or business strategyideally within a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).- [Preferred] Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and understanding of GTM workflows (lead management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting).- Experience in sales incentive design, forecasting, and territory management.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.- A growth mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in a fast-paced environment.What Youll Do:- Define and manage sales targets, design incentive programs, and ensure timely and accurate commission payouts.- Optimize GTM workflows and sales territories leveraging tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Clay to drive productivity.- Monitor and analyze key revenue, funnel, and productivity metrics; deliver insights and recommendations to leadership.- Build and maintain dashboards to track pipeline health, customer trends, and team performance across segments.- Lead automation and system enhancement projects, piloting AI-native tools to improve forecasting, data accuracy, and reporting.- Ensure data integrity and deliver high-quality analytics to support executive business reviews and strategic planning.Location: BangaloreWork Environment: Fast-paced, collaborative, and innovation-drivenWhy Join Us:- Shape the revenue engine of a fast-scaling tech organization.- Collaborate with talented teams across sales, marketing, finance, and operations.- Work with cutting-edge data tools and AI-driven systems.- Be part of a growth-focused culture that values curiosity, ownership, and impact.
