Senior Manager: Digital Marketer cum Growth Hacker

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to be a part of our digital marketing strategies and growth initiatives for both B2B and B2C business in our innovative doorstep fuel delivery company. As a pioneer in revolutionizing traditional fuel procurement, we are committed to leveraging cutting-edge digital marketing techniques and growth hacking strategies to expand our market presence and drive customer acquisition and retention.

FuelBuddy is India's largest doorstep Fuel Delivery Company and is rapidly growing. We are expanding our operations and seeking a proactive and results-driven professionals to join our team.

Workdays: 6 days workweek

Workplace: Gurugram

Joining: Marketing Strategy Development:


- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, including customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Growth Hacking Initiatives:


- Identify and implement growth hacking tactics to rapidly scale B2B customer base and increase market penetration.


- Continuously experiment with innovative and cost effective strategies to drive user growth and optimize conversion rates.

Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization:


- Drive lead generation efforts across digital channels, optimizing conversion funnels to maximize customer acquisition.


- Implement A/B testing and data-driven methodologies to improve conversion rates and ROI.

Content Marketing and Social Media Oversee content marketing initiatives, including content creation, distribution, and performance tracking.


- Manage social media channels to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and community building.


SEO and SEM Strategy:


- Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and increase website visibility.


- Monitor and analyze keyword performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Marketing Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive customer engagement, and promote brand loyalty.


- Utilize marketing automation tools to personalize and optimize communication.


Analytics and Performance Tracking:


- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaign performance and inform strategic Collaboration:


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, operations, and customer service to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Budget Management:


- Manage digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to high-impact initiatives and optimizing spending to maximize ROI.

Experience & Skills required:

- Proven experience 8 years in digital marketing, growth hacking, or related roles, preferably in the e-commerce or technology industry.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, online marketing, and content marketing.

- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics platforms.

- Highlight experience in improving website conversion rates (CRO) through testing and optimization. Expertise in inbound marketing methodologies to attract and engage prospects organically.

- Attract and capture leads through various digital channels.

- Creative thinker with a track record of developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies.

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive actionable insights.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Results-driven mindset with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work with Global leadership team.
