FuelBuddy is India's largest doorstep Fuel Delivery Company and is rapidly growing. We are expanding our operations and seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Lead Generator to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to generate leads of clients in Dubai through outbound calling, leveraging your experience in B2B sales and Sale Navigator.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Lead Generator, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients in Dubai through outbound calling efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience using Sale Navigator, a proven track record in lead generation for B2B clients, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

- Utilize Sale Navigator and other platforms to identify and research potential clients in Dubai.

- Generate leads through outbound calling efforts, effectively articulating our value proposition and services.

- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize opportunities for further engagement.

Outbound Calling:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our company and offerings.

- Build rapport with decision-makers and key stakeholders, understanding their needs and pain points.

- Follow-up on leads and nurture relationships through the sales cycle.

B2B Sales Expertise:

- Apply your knowledge of B2B sales techniques and strategies to engage with potential clients effectively.

- Understand the nuances of the Dubai market and tailor your approach to meet the needs of B2B clients.

Relationship Building:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with leads, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads for further engagement.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Track and report on lead generation activities, including call volume, conversion rates, and pipeline progression.

- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing lead generation processes and improving results.

Experience & Skills:

- 5+ years of Proven experience in lead generation and outbound calling, preferably in a B2B sales environment.

- Expert using Sale Navigator and other lead generation tools.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a pleasing personality.

- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with prospective clients.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales.
