Growth Marketing Manager

Eicore is an Insurance-tech/ InsurTech product company that works with many globally renowned names in insurance in South Asia, Africa, Middle East and Europe. Our products are “core” insurance systems for Health Insurers, Life Insurers and General Insurers, as well as for intermediaries such as TPAs, Brokers, VAS providers, etc. These core systems eliminate the need for outdated legacy software and act as a critical catalyst in transforming a key sector for any economy.
Role: Growth Marketing Manager, Experience: 5 - 8yrs
The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of sales. Lead generation, submitting RFPs and related sales documents, collaborating with senior team to set revenue goals and company strategy and implementing a sales plan to drive revenue growth and attending key events to generate leads.
What you’ll do:
- Make strategic planning to grow leads.
- Establish network and follow go-to-market strategy.
- Manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning and marketing processes.
- Drive the successful implementation and adoption of the sales and marketing automation platforms.
- Business Direction and Strategy: Strategic Thinking, Business Acumen and Commercial Thinking, Effective Decision Making, Entrepreneurial Mindset, Systems Thinking and Negotiation and Influence
- Business Management: Results Focused, Partnership Management, Communication, Digital Awareness.
Technical Competences:
- Successful in building a go-to-market strategy and B2B sales plan.
- Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities
- Close and manage enterprise level clients with excellent presentation skills.
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting and exceeding targets
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge in Insurance is a plus
