Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Marketing Manager located in Gurugram. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing growth marketing strategies, leveraging marketing analytics and web analytics to optimize marketing campaigns. You will also oversee marketing automation and project management to drive growth for the company.
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Design and implement growth strategies focused on user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, analyze user behavior, and identify opportunities for growth. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- A/B Testing and Experimentation: Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimize conversion rates and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Implement findings to improve campaign performance.
- Content and Campaign Management: Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and budget management. Ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business goals.
- Customer Journey Optimization: Analyze and optimize the customer journey to improve user experience and increase conversion rates. Work with product and UX teams to enhance user flows.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, customer support) to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Provide leadership and guidance to junior marketing staff.
- Market Research: Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Growth Hacking: Identify and implement innovative growth hacking tactics to drive rapid growth. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role. Experience in a startup or tech company is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Proficient in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
