Brief Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Growth Marketer (E-commerce). This role demands a strategic leader proficient in managing and scaling Google and Meta marketing channels to drive exceptional growth for e-commerce brands. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive Google and Meta Ads strategies that align with our business goals and boost online visibility and sales.
  • Strategy: Set the short and long-term vision for the client at every stage of the customer lifecycle, developing a strategy and roadmap to deliver the vision
  • Stakeholder Management: collaborate with a variety of stakeholders from across the business to identify opportunities for marketing technology to reduce costs, increase sales, and improve efficiencies
  • MarTech: Manage and deliver the marketing technology stack for clients to help support their marketing and customer acquisition teams, including day-to-day operations and troubleshooting.
  • Campaign Management : Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of all Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze campaign performance against key metrics, provide insights and detailed reports, and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize results.
  • Budget Management: Manage a significant advertising budget, allocating resources wisely to achieve the best outcomes across various campaigns.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and expand the Google Ads team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
  • Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of the latest Google, Meta, Bing Ads and e-commerce marketing trends. Test and implement new strategies that can benefit the company.
  • Creative: Oversee creative to ensure messaging and communication are in line with brand guidelines and up to acceptable standard
  • Journey Optimisation: work with data teams to analyze the effectiveness of customer acquisition and retention campaigns and their impact on end-to-end customer experience.
  • Collaboration: train, upskill, and build the marketing team, develop governance, and use best practice methods to ensure successful delivery of email marketing campaigns for clients.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a 'can do' attitude while collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Bing Ads).
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing, particularly within e-commerce.
