Karnival is hiring Growth Manager - Founder's Office




Job Overview:


The Growth Manager will play a critical role in driving Karnival’s strategic growth initiatives. This individual will be responsible for identifying and executing growth opportunities, optimizing marketing strategies, and ensuring the company meets its revenue targets. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and has a proven track record in scaling startups or high-growth companies.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with Karnival’s business objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and partnerships.


Marketing & Sales Optimization:

  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align growth strategies with sales goals and optimize the sales funnel.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and drive decision-making.


Partnership Development:


  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with potential business partners in the industry.
  • Collaborate with partners to co-develop marketing strategies and integration plans.


Product Development:


  • Work with the product team to ensure the product roadmap aligns with growth opportunities and market demands.
  • Provide customer and market feedback to drive product improvements and innovations.


Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets for growth initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Track and report on key growth metrics, providing regular updates to senior management Team


Leadership:

Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.


Qualifications:


  • Experience in growth management, marketing, or a related role within a high-growth startup or tech company.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and achieving KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media
  • strategies.Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Lusha, Apollo, Linkedin Navigator).
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving abilities

  • Get exposure to 210+ international brands and large enterprises spanning across USA, India, UAE, GCC, Europe & LATAM
  • Interact with diverse teams like Marketing, Brandand Operations.
