About the role


As a Growth Hacker, you will be involved in the expansion of our digital footprint, using cutting-edge performance marketing strategies to achieve and exceed targeted objectives. You will utilize your expertise in Google and Meta Ads to optimize campaigns, maximize ROI, and drive quality traffic and conversions for our clients.


What your day would look like:


  • Develop strategic advertising campaigns tailored to business objectives, target audience, and budget allocation
  • Conduct thorough keyword and audience research to identify opportunities for campaign optimization
  • Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across various platforms (Google Search, Display Network, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and adjust strategies accordingly to meet or exceed KPIs
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other reporting tools
  • Generate reports outlining key findings, trends, and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, including campaign setup, optimization techniques, and audience targeting
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
