Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager - HL - LAP - BT - BP - DSA Connector, located in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, acquiring new clients, and ensuring the growth of the bank's loan portfolio. The day-to-day tasks include handling home loans, loan against property, balance transfer, business promotion, and coordinating with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs). The role also involves cross-selling banking products and providing exceptional customer service to meet clients' financial needs. Qualifications Experience in managing customer relationships and acquiring new clientsKnowledge of home loans, loan against property, and balance transferSkills in business promotion and coordination with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs)Strong sales and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
