- This will be an individual contributor role reporting to the CEO and who will own all strategic plans and ensures compliance with these strategies.

- The Strategy Lead will be responsible to review, manage, and analyze existing business strategies to support the development of a long-term organizational strategy.

- They will conduct research and analysis of operational effectiveness, processes and all stakeholders.

- They will be responsible to align department goals and process and resource allocation with the organizational strategy in mind and assess competitors and market trends.

- They will identify all threats and opportunities and present their findings, projections, and recommended actions.

- They will monitor and report their projects and support & guide senior executives in the decision-making process.

- They will also take accountability of implementation and execution of all business strategies.

- While they will not manage a team, they will need to collaborate with all verticals in order to implement and execute all Identify and evaluate strategic deals and partnerships that drive strategy forward.

- Develop proposals and business models for new growth opportunities, products and markets.

- Formulate the strategy to drive new product initiatives and ensure their successful implementation.

- Create multiple performance improvement programs traversing supply chain transformation, margin improvement and operational excellence.

- Perform detailed financial analysis including financial and operational modelling, scenario analysis, competitive benchmarking, industry and market overviews and valuation Top Tier MBA.

- Prior experience in a consultant position.

- Prior experience in an Ops heavy role.

- Prior experience working in an E-Commerce setup is preferable.

- Has solid leadership skills and pays strict attention to detail.

- A problem solver and decision maker who strives for continuous improvement.

- Can collaborate with other team members to strive for sound outcomes.
