Founder’s Office Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional individual to step into the role of Founder's Office & Business Strategy. This isn't your typical administrative or strategy position - it's a unique opportunity to become an integral part of our founder's office and play a pivotal role in shaping our company's strategic direction. **Responsibilities**:
1. Ignite your strategic thinking prowess by actively participating in the development and execution of our company's game-changing strategies.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between departments and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
3. Dive deep into research and gather valuable insights to support the founder's decision making process, making them even more effective and informed.
4. Proactively identify and tackle potential risks and issues, keeping projects on track and ensuring smooth sailing.
5. Lead the charge in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic projects that will propel our company forward.
6. Be the right-hand person to our directors, ensuring they have everything they need to focus on driving the company's vision forward.

Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor’s Degree. (An MBA or any other Master’s degree would be preferred)
2. Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
3. Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to captivate diverse audiences.
4. Organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
5. A flair for project management, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
7. A strategic mindset combined with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Note:
1. This is a work from office position.
2. This is a Junior position, and therefore, the overall CTC will be capped at INR 3.5 lakhs per annum.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
