Role Overview:


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Founder and CEO. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate eager to immerse themselves in a fast-paced startup environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating projects, and acting as a liaison between the Founder and various stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the Founder/CEO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Communication Handling: Draft, review, and manage correspondence on behalf of the Founder/CEO, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure completion.

Project Assistance: Support the Founder/CEO in planning and executing special projects, including research, data analysis, and reporting.

Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Founder/CEO and internal teams, clients, and external partners.

Confidentiality Maintenance: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and assist in general office management tasks.

Event Coordination: Assist in planning company events, workshops, and team-building activities.


Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field.

Experience: No prior experience required; internships or part-time roles in administrative or assistant capacities are a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.

Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Interpersonal Skills: Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with team members and external partners at all levels.

Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.

Confidentiality: High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
