Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring productivity and motivation within the team.
  • Schedule Coordination: Organise work shifts and hours to meet sales targets and communicate expectations clearly.
  • Task Delegation: Assign responsibilities effectively, ensuring each team member understands their role.
  • Team Meetings: Lead regular meetings to boost team morale, provide feedback, and introduce new members.
  • Goal Setting: Establish clear objectives and deadlines for team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate team performance, reward achievements, and offer coaching and feedback for improvement.
  • Lead Distribution: Manage assigned leads efficiently, monitor follow-ups, and reallocate leads as necessary.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure team members maintain accurate data entry and records.
  • Quality Checks: Conduct daily quality checks on calls and work completed by team members.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve team member issues and conflicts promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales team management is a significant advantage.
  • Expertise in the effective usage of assigned leads.
  • Strong background in telecalling and selling wellness products.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate and drive a team towards achieving targets.
