Department: Sales & Operations Location: Head Office – Ahmedabad Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager Experience: 0–2 Years Qualification: Graduate / MBA Any Local Languages: Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, Gujarati & English Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing internal communication, processing orders, coordinating with factory/warehouse/logistics, and maintaining customer and distributor relationships. This is a back-end sales support role crucial to ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of sales. Key Responsibilities: Sales Coordination: Coordinate with field sales engineers, distributors, and customers for order processing. Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for order confirmations. Manage and maintain records of customer details, pricing, and orders. Order & Dispatch Management: Process sales orders and coordinate with the logistics/factory team for timely dispatches. Track inventory and provide updates to the sales team. Communicate delivery timelines and resolve any logistics-related issues. Customer Support: Assist customers with order status, basic technical clarifications, and documentation. Coordinate after-sales service requests and hand over details to the service team. Maintain strong communication with distributors and channel partners. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on sales, orders, and dispatch status. Maintain updated records for sales leads, pricing, order tracking, and payment follow-ups. Support in generating sales performance reports for management review. Skills & Requirements: Strong communication and coordination skills (written and verbal). Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), ERP/CRM software. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
