Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our visa services, answering customer inquiries, and booking consultations. Additionally, the role involves following up with leads, maintaining accurate records, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Sales skills and ability to achieve sales targets
  • Experience in Training and development
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the immigration industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
