Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fresher Customer Service Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Customer Service Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing detailed information about products and services, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities include documenting customer interactions, reporting issues to higher management, and collaborating with other team members to improve service delivery.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic knowledge of IT services and products
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
