KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

Lead Engagement: Reach out to potential leads generated through performance marketing campaigns.

Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable skincare products.

Follow-Up: Regularly follow up on both cold and warm leads to ensure high conversion rates.

Product Explanation: Clearly articulate product features, benefits, usage instructions, and ongoing offers.

Record Keeping: Maintain daily call logs and conversion trackers using CRM tools or Excel.

Sales Targets: Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the company.

Query Resolution: Address customer queries and objections professionally and confidently.

Team Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

REQUIRED SKILLS

Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or inside sales.

Experience of 1-2 years in BPO is preferred.

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.

Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.

Ability to comprehend and effectively explain skincare product features.

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and CRM tools.

Capability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.
