Schedule Coordination: Organise work shifts and hours to meet sales targets and communicate expectations clearly. Task Delegation: Assign responsibilities effectively, ensuring each team member understands their role. Team Meetings: Lead regular meetings to boost team morale, provide feedback, and introduce new members. Goal Setting: Establish clear objectives and deadlines for team members to achieve sales targets. Performance Monitoring: Evaluate team performance, reward achievements, and offer coaching and feedback for improvement. Lead Distribution: Manage assigned leads efficiently, monitor follow-ups, and reallocate leads as necessary. Data Accuracy: Ensure team members maintain accurate data entry and records. Quality Checks: Conduct daily quality checks on calls and work completed by team members. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve team member issues and conflicts promptly and effectively. Requirements: Immediate joiner. Proven experience in sales team management is a significant advantage. Expertise in the effective usage of assigned leads. Strong background in telecalling and selling wellness products. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to motivate and drive a team towards achieving targets.
