- We are currently seeking an experienced Area Business Manager to join our team and oversee the management of sales for Loan Against Property and Business Loans in the vibrant Maharashtra region for Secured Loans .

- As the Area Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business and building a strong sales and distribution network.

Responsibilities:.

- Manage and guide a team of Relationship Managers, motivating them to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.

- Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to team members to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and set individual and team goals to drive continuous improvement.

- Take charge of expanding our sales and distribution network in the assigned territory, identifying potential business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, business partners, and industry influencers.

- Provide comprehensive training to new hires to ensure they are well-equipped to represent our products and services.

- Continuously monitor and develop team members, enhancing their expertise and professional growth.

- Manage the loan process from lead generation to loan disbursement, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for customers.
