We are seeking an experienced Business Head – Pumps, to join our client’s dynamic team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall strategy, growth, and profitability of the pumps division. This role requires a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the pump industry, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive operational excellence. The Business Head will oversee all aspects of the division, including product development, sales, marketing, manufacturing, and customer service, to ensure that the company meets its revenue.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership:

·       Develop and implement the division’s strategic plan in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.

·       Identify growth opportunities, including new markets, products, and partnerships.

Product Development:
