You will oversee critical financial operations, drive strategic initiatives, and lead a high-performing finance team in achieving business goals.What You'll Do:- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive business growth and profitability.- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.- Oversee the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.- Ensure variance analysis between budgeted and actual financial performance.- Optimize resource allocation to drive operational and cost efficiencies.- Drive efficiency in working capital management and debt management processes.- Implement technological interventions to streamline financial operations.- Enhance financial reporting and ensure timely closure of accounts.- Lead and mentor the finance team to build a high-performance culture.- Ensure alignment of team goals with the organizations vision and objectives.Educational Background:- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) certification(Essential)- Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field(Preferred)- Minimum 18+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles.- Proven track record in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting within global or multi-location organizations.- Extensive experience in managing compliance and regulatory frameworks across domestic and international markets.- Expertise in working capital management, debt management, and cost control strategies.- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards and statutory compliance requirements (taxation, PF, ESI, GST, etc.).- Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk management, and internal control.What Sets You Apart:Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and compliance in all financial operations.Results-Oriented: Delivers measurable improvements in financial metrics and operational efficiency.Confidentiality: Maintains the highest standards of professionalism when handling sensitive financial data.Join Us on Our MissionStep into a leadership role where your expertise will shape the future of a global organization.
