Job Responsibilities:

For Accounts Payable (Junior & Senior):

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations in Tally ERP.
  • Record vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Prepare and review Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
  • Manage vendor advances, debit notes, and outstanding reconciliations.
  • Support TDS and GST workings and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for payment-related queries.
  • Generate and maintain AP reports using MS Excel.

For Accounts Receivable:

  • Record and reconcile customer receipts accurately in Tally ERP.
  • Follow up on pending collections and maintain aging reports.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and support month-end closing.
  • Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with the sales and finance team.
  • Knowledge of TDS, GST, and bank reconciliation preferred.

Key Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory).
  • Sound understanding of Accounts Payable / Receivable processes.
  • Knowledge of TDS, GST, and BRS.
  • Good command of MS Excel for reporting and reconciliation.
  • Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and teamwork ability.

Experience & Qualification:

  • Junior Accountant: 1–2 years (Accounts Payable)
  • Senior Accountant: 3–5 years (Accounts Payable)
  • Accounts Executive (Receivable): 2–4 years
  • Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / B.B.A / M.B.A (Finance)
