Key Responsibilities:



Sales Coordination:



Develop and implement sales strategies in coordination with
the sales team.



Monitor and achieve sales targets and objectives.



Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and
opportunities.



Team Leadership:



Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed
targets.



Provide training, support, and guidance to team members.



Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and
resolve challenges.



Field Sales:



Conduct field visits to understand market dynamics and
customer needs.



Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and
stakeholders.



Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales
pipeline.



Business Development:



Research and identify new market opportunities for Gagan
Toor Daal.



Develop and execute business development plans to expand
market reach.



Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective
promotional strategies.



Excel Proficiency:



Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.



Manage and maintain sales databases and CRM systems.



Generate insights from sales data to drive decision-making.



Qualification/Experience/Competencies:



Educational qualifications Graduate/PG



Experience required 2+ Years



Competencies/skills



Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the FMCG
industry or related field.



Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.



Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.



Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
