**Job Title: Sales and Support Executive (Full-Time)**

**Location**: MR Softwares

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Work Hours**: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

We are looking for a dynamic **Sales and Support Executive** to join our growing IT company. This role involves handling client inquiries, providing product/service support, and driving sales targets. You’ll be the key point of contact for both new prospects and existing clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle client queries and provide product/service information.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of client interactions using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with technical and product teams for client issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

**Requirements**:

- **Graduation is mandatory** in any stream.
- Good command of **English communication** (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Target-driven and goal-oriented approach.
- Basic understanding of IT products/services is a plus.
