**_Responsibilities:_**

**_1. Subscription Generation:_**

**_- Achieve a minimum of 8 new subscriptions daily._**

**_- Effectively communicate the value proposition of TopWorker's products and services to potential customers._**

**_- Utilize various sales techniques, including door-to-door sales and cold calling, to acquire new subscribers._**

**_2. Affiliate Marketing Agent Recruitment:_**

**_- Recruit and train a minimum of 5 Affiliate Marketing Agents monthly._**

**_- Provide ongoing support and training to ensure the success of recruited agents._**

**_- Foster strong relationships with agents to encourage long-term partnerships._**

**_3. Sales Targets:_**

**_- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by TopWorker._**

**_- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals._**

**_4. Customer Relationship Management:_**

**_- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and agents._**

**_- Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally._**

**_5. Reporting:_**

**_- Submit daily and weekly reports on sales activities, subscriptions, and agent recruitment to the sales manager._**

**_Qualifications and Skills:_**

**_- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a subscription-based or affiliate marketing industry._**

**_- Strong communication and interpersonal skills._**

**_- Ability to work independently and as part of a team._**

**_- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets._**

**_- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies._**

**_Compensation:_**

**_- Basic Salary: INR 10,000 - 15,000 per month._**

**_- Attractive commission structure based on subscriptions and agent recruitment._**
