Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain long-term relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client goals, challenges, and business needs to provide relevant solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication and conduct client meetings to review satisfaction and performance.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products or services.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, customer support) to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Handle client issues and escalate when necessary to ensure quick resolution.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports on client interactions, performance, and account status.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
