Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to play a key role in maintaining long-term customer relationships and ensuring service satisfaction.

  • Client Interaction: Act as the first point of contact for customer queries via phone or email, providing timely updates and resolution of issues.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients by ensuring timely updates and resolution of issues.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and visibility teams and resolve service-related concerns.
  • Account Support: Provide support for account setup, documentation, and order processing.
  • Issue Resolution: Manage escalations and ensure proactive communication with customers.
  • Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new clients and providing guidance on services.
  • Documentation: Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Feedback Gathering: Gather feedback and share insights with management to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure timely updates and resolution of customer issues.
  2. Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients.
  3. Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and visibility teams.
  4. Provide support for account setup, documentation, and order processing.
  5. Manage escalations and ensure proactive communication with customers.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business, Logistics, or related field).

2-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or logistics support.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.

Problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.

Good knowledge of North American Trucking operations preferred.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
