Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE: Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES: Plan and execute promotional activities to engage customers and promote our products and services.
  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • NEGOTIATION SKILLS: Ability to negotiate effectively with customers to meet their needs and resolve disputes in a mutually beneficial way.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • EXPERIENCE: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation or equivalent qualification.
  • SKILLS: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
