  • As an Employee Relations Executive, you'll serve as a vital link between consultants and the organization.
  • You will play a key role in enhancing consultant satisfaction, addressing complex employee matters, and driving retention while identifying growth opportunities through referrals and redeployment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with business consultants across the globe.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations issues including terminations, restructuring, and HR policies.
  • Evaluating and reviewing employment decisions to resolve employee concerns effectively and fairly.
  • Designing and implementing data-driven ER models and trending analysis to influence decisions and improve consultant experiences.
  • Generating new business opportunities through consultant referrals and redeployment.
  • Handling a caseload of high-complexity ER matters and internal investigations.
