Qualification: CA or MBA (Full Time from a reputed institute)
Experience – 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Banking/ARC/Big 4 consultancy firms.
Responsibilities –
•Managing Mid-Market and Emerging Large Corporates
•Regular monitoring of borrower accounts / regular follow-ups and maintaining update on the developments in the respective borrower accounts.
• Ability and required knowledge to advise borrowers in a turnaround situation with respect to liquidity concerns, undertaking viability study, develop sustainable business plans and getting involved in the rehabilitation package
• Managing stressed assets involving interaction with the company, performance monitoring & benchmarking, adherence to stipulated terms, site visits, etc.
• Monitoring exposures to enable proactive action whenever required. Review credit files, financials and security documentation and current status.
• Designing and implementing suitable early warning triggers for allocated accounts. Closely monitoring allocated portfolio, reviewing operational and financial performance, monitoring monthly cash flows, tracking performance of economic cycles and applicable industries, which have a bearing on the respective assets etc.
• Formulation of recovery strategy post factoring appropriate legal options
Technical Competencies
• Knowledge of reading and understanding the financials of an entity, involving credit analysis.
• Knowledge of various industries
• Knowledge of RBI guidelines for stressed assets and restructuring
• Reasonable knowledge of various legal forums and applicable laws, including IBC, SARFAESI, commercial suits, contract laws, etc
• Satisfactory note making skills and good command over written and spoken communication
