Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to lead and oversee our organizations technology infrastructure, applications, and services. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, ensure optimal performance of IT systems, drive innovation, and align technology initiatives with business goals. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Leadership :

- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.

Technology & Infrastructure Management:

- Oversee IT systems, networks, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and data security protocols.

- Lead the administration of Content Management Systems (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal) with focus on customization, performance, and security.

- Manage server and hosting environments across Linux and Windows platforms; ensure robust automation and system optimization.

- Oversee virtualized environments and web server configurations (Apache, Nginx, Tomcat) for

maximum uptime and & Security :

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices (CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP preferred).

- Develop and maintain robust cybersecurity measures and disaster recovery plans.

SEO & Digital Optimization :

- Lead initiatives to enhance digital presence through SEO best practices and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Bing Webmaster Tools).

Team & Vendor Management :

- Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering skill development and collaboration.

- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure optimal support and value.

Project & Budget Management :

- Plan, prioritize, and execute multiple IT projects within budget and timeline.

- Prepare and manage IT budgets, cost forecasts, and ROI analysis.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Masters degree preferred).

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in engineering or similar industries.

- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, or PMP are desirable.

- Proven ability to lead IT teams, manage cross-functional projects, and deliver technology-driven solutions.

- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
