Required / Must Have

  • 5–10 years of professional graphic / visual design experience (senior candidates: 8+ years preferred)
  • B.Design or M.Design (required)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience with presentation and print deliverables: PowerPoint, email templates, brochures, PDFs, InDesign
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • High organization and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong typography and layout skills with a clean, impactful aesthetic
  • A portfolio demonstrating a range of design techniques, problem solving, and visual sensibility

Qualifications

  • Degree: B.Design or M.Design required; M.Design or equivalent graduate qualifications preferred for senior roles
  • Experience: typically 5–10 years in visual design or related fields; candidates with 8+ years will be considered for senior-level responsibilities
  • Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and a proactive work ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and project management capability
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while advancing independent design work

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree from NID or similarly reputed design institution
  • Fluency with both macOS and Windows environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint—expert level, Excel charts, Word)
  • Experience with UX/UI design and data visualization techniques
