Job Overview
Join Narayana Infra as a Junior Graphic Designer based in Hyderabad/Secunderabad. This full-time position seeks candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. As a graphic designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually captivating designs that enhance our brand's presence in the real estate industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop for creating and editing high-quality images and graphics (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with Canva to design engaging and visually appealing social media graphics.
- Familiarity with social media graphics, ensuring designs are optimized for various platforms.
- Proven skills in UI/UX Design with an eye for detail and user-centered design principles.
- Competency in Adobe Illustrator to create vector graphics and complex illustrations.
- Knowledge of branding to ensure consistency across all design materials and touchpoints.
- Experience in layout design, particularly for print and digital media, ensuring clear and aesthetically pleasing content.
- Basic familiarity with Figma for collaborative design projects and prototyping user experiences.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling graphics for social media posts, ads, and website content.
- Support the development and maintenance of Narayana Infra's brand identity through consistent design elements.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure designs are optimized across various platforms, adhering to current best practices and trends.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve brand visibility and engagement in the real estate sector.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into design processes.
