About Us:Taqtics is a B2B cloud-based platform that offers multiple SaaS products that help Retail & Restaurant brands manage and improve their daily store operations, remotely. Taqtics is a well-funded startup growing rapidly across international markets, and is currently used by 80+ brands like Nike, FabIndia, Nykaa, Under Armour, KFC, Pizza Hut and Pizza Express across 19+ countries.Role OverviewThe Senior Manager – Global Partnerships & Alliances will be responsible for driving Taqtics’ international growth through partnerships with marketplaces, consulting agencies, system integrators, technology resellers, and other potential channels. This is a high-impact role for a self-driven professional who can independently deliver results while working closely with the Founders and Product team.Key Responsibilities-> Global Channel Development- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners across key global geographies (Middle East, SEA, ANZ, Europe, North America). - Establish mutually beneficial partnership models — including reseller, referral, and co-selling arrangements. - Negotiate commercial terms, revenue-share structures, and partner agreements in alignment with company goals.->Revenue & Growth- Own and deliver partnership-led revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis. - Regularly track partner performance and ensure alignment with committed sales outcomes.->Relationship & Enablement- Act as the primary relationship owner for all global channel partners. - Design and execute enablement programs to train partners on Taqtics’ product suite, use cases, and value propositions. - Support partners with co-branded campaigns, webinars, and go-to-market initiatives.->Strategic Expansion- Research and evaluate new partnership ecosystems (marketplaces, SaaS aggregators, franchise consultants, technology distributors). - Build a structured partnership roadmap with measurable KPIs and milestones. - Identify long-term alliance opportunities with complementary SaaS and technology providers.Requirements- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar partnerships or alliances role with a SaaS or B2B technology company. - Demonstrated success in developing and managing global channel partnerships or reseller ecosystems. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. - Comfortable working independently while reporting directly to senior leadership. - Must be willing to WORK FROM OFFICE (RT Nagar, Bangalore), 5 days a week.Why Join Taqtics- Work directly with the Co-Founder and leadership team on strategic expansion initiatives. - Competitive salary +ESOPs + Performance-based incentives + Rapid career growth opportunities.Location of the Job :- Please note that this is a Full-Time ON-SITE position. - Work from Office – 5 days a week – 9AM till 6PM - Office is in RT Nagar, Bangalore, India – 560024
