The Role:

- We are searching for a driven and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team.

- You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and driving market growth within your assigned territory.

- This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual with experience in the FMCG industry to build a successful career with a leading tire Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned sales targets for your territory.

- Secure new customers and build strong relationships with existing distributors and retailers.

- Effectively communicate product information, promotions, and trade schemes to your customer base.

- Organize and participate in customer awareness programs and product demonstrations.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

- Generate and maintain accurate sales data and reports.

- Resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate with the after-sales service team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures on sales and commercial activities.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably within the tire industry.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Time management and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (master's a plus).

- Experience working with distributors and retailers.

- Knowledge of the tire industry and market trends.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
