The Compensation Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the company's compensation and benefits programs. They will be responsible for ensuring that the company's compensation programs are competitive and aligned with the company's overall business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company's compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct market surveys to ensure that the company's compensation programs are competitive.
  • Analyze the company's compensation data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement compensation plans for individual employees and teams.
  • Administer the company's compensation and benefits programs.
  • Oversee the performance of the compensation and benefits team.

Qualifications:

  • Post graduation
  • 15+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 10 years in a manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail.

Salary: ?30-35 lakhs per annum
