AVP/ Senior Manager – Compensation

- Conceptualize and design HR Policies, Rewards and Recognition Schemes and various other compensation & benefits initiatives under due guidance of the Manager & Function Head
- Design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of the organization's compensation and benefits programs, including base pay, incentive pay, health and welfare benefits, and retirement benefits.
- Work with senior management to ensure that compensation and benefits programs support the organization's business objectives and meet all legal requirements.
- Develop compensation and benefits budget for assigned areas
- Lead various projects under the C&B domain such as compensation bench-marking surveys, annual increment cycles, performance bonuses, sales incentives, etc.
- Monitor & govern the bi-annual performance management activities compliance
- Develop a comprehensive policy framework covering all elements of an employee life-cycle

Annual Pay review\ JE and salary benchmarking | Ensure external competitiveness of compensation by benchmarking the same with the identified comparator basket through the identified partner | Design, obtain recommendations & approvals from stakeholders to execute the annual compensation review process | Assist in annual job matching exercise | Managing & closing C&B benchmark surveys with the identified partner | Analyzing the reports and maintaining documentation and share with ExCo member as per relevance | Annual Appraisal Letters preparation & rollout | Providing monthly CPP & IJP increments to BHR team

CEO Compensation Management
End to End administration of salary & benefits | Ensuring timely Payroll processing, Salary reimbursements & variable payouts | Ensuring all the payment such as bonus etc happens post IRDAI approval | Monthly sign off from taxation team | Preparation of Form C & other documents for filing with IRDAI
IRDAI Compliance
Managing IRDAI regulatory requirements related to CEO & KMP | IRDAI compliances sign off monitoring through CMT | Bi Annual compliance audit | HR Monthly sign off sheet | Liaison with compliance team for various regulatory requirements | Handling KMP form-1 & form-2
