Job Description / Duties & Responsibilities
• The Pre-Sales Lead should have an experience of 5-8 years of experience in bid management and pre-sales support activities.
Should be able to independently work on proposals, bid responses and provide
support in sales support activities.
The candidate should have excellent communication skills (both
verbal & written), business analysis skills, and a good understanding of software development
processes and latest technologies.
• To adhere to ISMS Policies and Procedures.

Job Specification / Skills and Competencies

The key areas where the candidate is required to work on include:

• Bid Management
o Evaluation of client’s business requirements and solutioning
o Proposal/ bid response creation
o Coordination with internal/ external stakeholders
o Adherence to processes, timelines and quality guidelines

• Presales Support
o Actively engage with sales personnel for business development
o Provide research support/ market intelligence to sales regions
o Provide support to nurture and close business opportunities

• Marketing Support
o Create case studies, blogs, etc.
o Provide support for region/ domain events

Candidates from mid-sized IT service companies with hands-on experience are preferred
