Key Responsibilities, Deliverables / Outcomes
•Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to identify and understand the Cyber Security staffing
needs and requirements.
•Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for Cyber Security
positions.
•Source potential candidates through various channels, including databases, online job boards, social
media platforms, professional networks, employee referrals and direct sourcing.
•Screen resumes and applications, and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates'
qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
•Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams ensuring a smooth and
efficient recruitment process.
•Manage the candidate’s experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely guidance and
support to candidates including answering inquiries, providing feedback.
•Collaborate with the People Operations team to negotiate job offers, facilitate the hiring process,
including background checks and onboarding and ensure a positive candidate experience.
