HR & Operations Intern

Job Description: As an HR & Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and people-focused initiatives of our rapidly expanding organization. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both human resources and general office administration, allowing you to develop a diverse skill set and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires
- Maintain accurate employee records and files, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Support the administration of employee benefits and payroll
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Plan and execute company events and team-building activities
- Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and data entry
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement process improvements

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated interest in human resources, office management, or operations
- Previous internship or relevant experience is a plus
