Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team at Infopark, Koratty. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills who can manage our human resources operations and ensure they align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Talent Acquisition:
•Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
•Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and
onboarding.
•Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
2.Employee Relations:
•Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
•Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
•Promote a culture of engagement, inclusion, and diversity.
3.Performance Management:
•Develop and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
•Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management issues.
•Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career
growth.
4.Compliance and Policy Management:
•Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
•Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
5.Compensation and Benefits:
•Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
•Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
•Manage payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements.
6.HR Strategy and Planning:
•Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.
•Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior management.
•Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A
Master's degree is preferred.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial
role.
•Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proven ability to lead and manage HR projects.
•Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
•Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
