Role sthe HR Manager at Your Company Name you will play a pivotal role inmanaging all aspects of human resources including HR administrationcompliance and providing generalist support. You will work closelywith the executive team and department heads to develop andimplement HR strategies that align with the companys goals andobjectives.
HRAdministration:
  • Oversee the daytodayHR operations including but not limited to employee onboardingoffboarding and maintenance of personnelrecords.
  • Manage payroll processing benefitsadministration and ensure accurate and timely payment toemployees.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies andprocedures in compliance with relevant labor laws and companystandards.
Compliance:
  • Ensurecompliance with all federal state and local employment laws andregulations.
  • Stay updated on changes inemployment legislation and proactively implement necessary changesto policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regularaudits to ensure adherence to regulatoryrequirements.
EmployeeRelations:
  • Serve as a trustedadvisor to employees and managers on HRrelatedmatters.
  • Handle employee grievancesinvestigations and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistentmanner.
  • Promote a positive work culture andresolve conflictseffectively.
Talent Acquisition andManagement:
  • Collaborate with hiringmanagers to identify staffing needs and develop effectiverecruitment strategies.
  • Lead the recruitmentprocess including job postings candidate screening interviewing andselection.
  • Develop and implement employeedevelopment programs to foster talent retention and careergrowth.
PerformanceManagement:
  • Implement and manageperformance appraisal processes to assess employee performance andprovide constructive feedback.
  • Identifytraining and development needs and coordinate relevant trainingprograms.
HR Metrics andReporting:
  • Compile and analyze HRdata to generate reports on key metrics such as turnover ratesemployee engagement and trainingeffectiveness.
  • Use insights from data analysisto drive HR initiatives and improve organizationaleffectiveness.

Qualifications:
  • MBAHR
  • 8 years of Proven experience as an HRManager or similar role preferably in the ITindustry.
  • Adept at HR compliance HRAdministration Generlist roles
  • Indepthknowledge of HR principles practices andprocedures.
  • Strong understanding of employmentlaws and regulations.
  • Excellent communicationinterpersonal and problemsolvingskills.
  • Ability to handle confidentialinformation with integrity anddiscretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MSOffice suite.
  • HR certification (e.g. PHR SPHR)is aplus.
