This includesdeveloping and implementing HR policies and procedures managingrecruitment and staffing employee relations performance managementtraining and development compensation and benefits and ensuringcompliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The HRDirector plays a key role in fostering a positive and inclusivework environment that supports the organizations mission andobjectives.The JobResponsibilities of an HR Directorinclude:
  • Developplans and policies for matters such as employee compensationbenefits health and safety etc.
  • Develop andimplement strategies for performance evaluation staffing trainingand development etc.
  • Supervise HR personnel andprovide expert guidance.
  • Oversee all the HRactivities initiatives systems andtactics.
  • Ensure compliance with all the legalaspects applicable.
  • Maintain and coordinate allactivities within the HR department.
  • Ensurecompliance with all internal policies andstandards.
  • Ensure grievance redressal andinvoke disciplinary actions whenrequired.
  • Analyse data and report to the boardand senior managers using HRMetrics.
  • Participate in executive managementand company staff meetings and attend other meetings andseminars.
  • Communicate with external servicesproviders such as housing transport insuranceetc.
  • Strategize programs and policies toenhance employee growth andsatisfaction.
  • Develop policies to curbabsenteeism and employeeturnover.
Requirements: Master s Degree in Human Resources from an institution of repute orits equivalentMinimum 14 years relevant experienceExperience in managing organizationswith 300 plusstaff. Experience in working in IT servicecompanies will bemandatory. Soundknowledge of human resources and labourlaw Sufficientknowledge of MS Office Exceptionalcommunication and leadershipskills. Additionalunderstanding and knowledge of human behaviour will beappreciated.Demonstrated ability to establish key relationships with businessleaders. Experiencewith interfacing with internationalaudiences. Abilityto work against tight deadlines
