Skill & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or Post-Graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 to 6 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns across Meta (Facebook), Google, Amazon, and Flipkart.
- Expertise in advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, and Flipkart Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance goals.
- Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
